The staff of McKinley Charter School is highly trained to meet the needs of its students. Each staff member is licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and is trained in the following areas:

- Read 180 reading program
All facilitators hold a masters degree in their field.
Our teachers hold or are completing a masters degree in their field.
